My name is Guy Strijbosch.
Active within (international) Sales and Marketing for 35+ years.
How did that come about?
If you were born in Amsterdam to a French mother, Belgian grandmother and Hungarian grandfather, you are easily a citizen of the world. During my international career, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles, from tour guide in Vietnam, sales representative for an international packaging organization to corporate marketing manager for a multinational plastic packaging company. In this last role also lies the bridge to LinkedIn™. LinkedIn™ put me in touch with several connections at home and abroad in 2009. Colleagues often asked for advice (my father was a teacher) and since 2010 I have been advising international Sales & Marketing teams to gain more visibility through LinkedIn™ and Social Selling. Alternatively, I collaborate with HR teams to transform employees into genuine ambassadors.
I frequently brainstorm with experts and colleagues to maximize the platform’s potential.
